內視鏡手術輔助系統與內視鏡手術輔助方法

一種內視鏡手術輔助系統,包含N個器械模組、一內視鏡模組、一擴增實境頭戴式模組,及一控制模組,該等器械模組設置於一腔體內部,該內視鏡模組用於拍攝該腔體內部影像,該擴增實境頭戴式模組設置於一使用者的頭部,並接收且顯示該腔體內部影像,該控制模組根據該擴增實境頭戴式模組量測之該使用者頭部的運動變化產生一內視鏡水平移動量,並根據該N個器械模組分別於該腔體內部的位置產生一內視鏡深度變化量,且根據該內視鏡水平移動量與該內視鏡深度變化量,計算產生控制命令,使該內視鏡模組根據控制命令進行移動。 An endoscopic surgery assisting system comprises N instrument modules, an endoscopic module, an augmented reality headset module, and a control module, the instrument modules are arranged inside a cavity, the endoscope module is used to shoot the internal image of the cavity, the augmented reality headset module is set on the head of a user, and receive and display the internal image of the cavity, the control module generates an endoscope horizontal movement amount according to the movement change of the user's head measured by the augmented reality headset module, and generates an endoscope depth variation according to the positions of the N instrument modules in the cavity, and calculate and generate control commands according to the amount of horizontal movement of the endoscope and the amount of variation in the depth of the endoscope, make the endoscope module move according to the control command.
