技術說明

(1)中文 超臨界發泡製程近年來備受重視,此製程具有使產品達到高減重比、耐衝擊強度高等特點,使其在汽車產業應用中越趨重視。不過超臨界發泡製程因為發泡特性,使得產品表面產生發泡製程獨特的缺陷痕跡,因此如何將此缺陷解決會成為此製程提升的最大關鍵點。本技術將應用可動式模具於發泡製程中,透過可動式模具搭配射出製程參數,提升模穴內壓力以抑制泡體發泡,待產品表面固化後將可動式模具後退,使內部壓力降低到足以讓泡體發展,藉由此方法獲得良好的產品表面。並且此方法亦可控制泡體以提升發泡品質,當模穴內部處於高壓狀態時,產品內部泡體核受到高壓抑制不發泡,當可動式模具後退後壓力降低,此時產品內所有發泡核同時發泡,此時各泡體發展環境相同,可獲得均勻的發泡尺寸,提升發泡產品品質。 (2)英文 The supercritical foaming process has received much attention in recent years. This process has the characteristics of high weight loss ratio and high impact strength, which makes it more and more important in the automotive industry. However, the supercritical foaming process has a unique defect in the foaming process due to the foaming property, so how to solve this defect will become the biggest key point of this process. The technology will apply a movable mold in the foaming process, through the movable mold and the injection process parameters, the pressure in the cavity is increased to inhibit the foaming. After the surface of the product is solidified, the movable mold is retracted, so that the internal pressure is reduced enough to allow the bubble to develop. Moreover, the method can also control the foam body to improve the foaming quality. When the interior of the cavity is in a high pressure state, the foam core inside the product is inhibited by high pressure and does not foam. When the movable mold is retracted, the pressure is reduced. At this time, all the foamed cores in the product are simultaneously foamed. At this time, the development environment of each foam body is the same, and a uniform foaming size can be obtained to improve the quality of the foamed product.
