【中文】一種化成皮膜，配置於鎂合金基材的表面上。化成皮膜含有錳、鎂、氧及鈰，其中化成皮膜中的錳的含量介於10原子%至20原子%之間，且化成皮膜中的鈰的含量介於5原子%至10原子%之間。 【英文】A chemical conversion coating is provided. The chemical conversion coating is disposed on a surface of a magnesium alloy substrate. The chemical conversion coating contains manganese, magnesium, oxygen, and cerium, wherein a content of magnesium in the chemical conversion coating is between 10 at% to 20 at%, and a content of cerium in the chemical conversion coating is between 5 at% to 10 at%.
