技術說明

本專利首創使用iBeacon微定位裝置，當居服員持行動裝置進入iBeacon裝置範圍能確切紀錄居服員的出勤時間，讓督導員有效瞭解居服員出勤狀況避免不必要的糾紛。而在督導員的部分除了可以有效掌握居服員即時出勤狀況，並可將大量評估表單整合至行動裝置中，透過GCM雲端通訊服務技術，藉以即時統計顯示各類圖表。案主家屬可透過本系統填寫家中長者的身體疾病資料，讓服務個案的居服員透過智慧型裝置瞭解目前服務的案主身心狀況。故本專利可提供社工管理領域全面行動化之科技管理發展，有利於國家推展十年長期照護計畫，提高未來居家照護品質達到良好的成效。 The inventors of this patent employ the iBeacon micro-location technology to establish a mobile integration management system for long-term homecare service. According to the currently manual management process of homecare service, we establish a homecare service cloud and develop several mobile management systems, including a mobile attendance management system of homecare service, a real-time payroll statistics system for homecare workers, a cross-platform questionnaire management system, a mobile scheduling management system, an active notification system by wearable devices, and a mobile cross-platform push system. The developed systems will be spread to some social welfare foundations and homecare service organizations. We will also analyze the big data collected from the developed system to provide an effective service management solution for the long-term care institutions that can increase the quality of homecare service in the future.
