技術說明

一種高性能加速規，其包括：一電容式加速規，其係用以將一預定外力F所產生之加速度轉換 為一第一加速度訊號；一壓電式加速規，其係用以將一預定外力F所產生之加速度轉換為一第 二加速度訊號；一訊號處理部，其設有一預定頻率，並將該第一加速度訊號中低於該預定頻率 之部份及該第二加速度訊號中高於該預定頻率之部份相加，而輸出一第三加速度訊號。 A high-performance accelerometer is proposed to combine the best features of the capacitive accelerometer and the piezoelectric accelerometer. The capacitive accelerometer is able to measure the dc acceleration, but its bandwidth is much limited. On the other hand, the piezoelectric accelerometer can measure the high- frequency acceleration but is unable to the dc acceleration. The proposed high- performance accelerometer both is able to measure the dc acceleration and aslo has high bandwdith.
