技術說明

一種雙面吸光太陽能電池，包含：一透光基板、一光吸收單元，與一電極單元。該光吸收單元具有一本質層、圖案化的一第一、二型半導體層，及一電極單元，該第一、二型半導體層分別形成於該本質層的第一、二表面，該電極單元具有分別形成於該第一、二型半導體層表面的第二、一電極，該光吸收單元藉由該第一電極與該透光基板電連接，且該光吸收單元的正投影面積小於該透光基板的表面積。此外，本發明還提供該雙面吸光太陽能電池的製作方法，及一由多個雙面吸光太陽能電池疊置而得的多接面太陽能電池模組。 A double-sided light absorbing solar cell, comprising: a light transmitting substrate, a light absorption unit, and an electrode unit. The nature of the light absorbing layer having a unit, patterning a first and second type semiconductor layer, and an electrode unit, the first and second type semiconductor layer are formed in the first and second surface layers of the nature, the electrode unit having respectively formed in the first and second surface of the second semiconductor layer, an electrode, the light absorption by the first electrode means is connected electrically with the transparent substrate, and the light absorption unit is smaller than the area of the lens orthographic projection surface area of the light board. Furthermore, the present invention also provides the double-sided light-absorbing solar cell production methods, and a double-sided light absorption by a plurality of stacked solar cells obtained by a multi-junction solar cell modules.
