技術說明

旋翼機因具穩定與易操控之特性，廣泛應用在空拍、救災、電影製作與農業，但在應用上彭渤發展時，意外事件時有所聞，因此交通部勢必要訂定法規讓操作人員遵循，例如證照，飛行場和空域之訂定，但休閒用之旋翼機占的比例最高，也不需廣大之空域，例如校園空地，河岸或農地之小範圍綠地即可當飛行練習場，但為了確保飛行器在飛行場活動並避免飛行器間之碰撞，本計畫提出監控系統包括(1)飛行資料感測與通訊器(2)地面接收器與接收站(3)飛行群組管理系統之軟體。 Because the rotorcraft has a stable and easy handling characteristics, widely used in the aerial photography, disaster relief, film production and agriculture. But in the application of vigorous development, the accident always been heard, so the Ministry of Transportation is bound to make regulations to allow operators to follow, such as licensing, aerodrome and airspace, but the highest proportion of the rotorcraft is leisure. Don’t need the vast airspace, such as school yard, riverbank or farmland of small-scale green space can be flight driving range. In order to ensure that the aircraft in the flight field and avoid collision between the aircraft, the program proposes a monitoring system, including (1) Flight Data Sensing and Communicator (2) Ground receivers and receiving stations (3) Flight group management system software.
