技術說明

一種頻移讀取電路包含一生醫感測器、一功率偵測器、一電壓偵測器、一暫存器及一減法器，該生醫感測器接收一掃頻訊號並輸出一偵測訊號，該功率偵測器接收該偵測訊號並輸出一電壓訊號，其中該電壓訊號的振幅與該偵測訊號的振幅相關，該電壓偵測器接收該電壓訊號以偵測該電壓訊號之峰值或谷值，且該電壓偵測器輸出一觸發訊號，該暫存器接收該觸發訊號及該掃頻訊號，該暫存器根據該觸發訊號擷取該掃頻訊號之共振頻率，且該暫存器提供一參考頻率訊號及一共振頻率訊號至該減法器，使該減法器計算該共振頻率訊號及該參考頻率訊號之間的一頻率差值。 A frequency-shift readout circuit includes a biosensor, a power detector, a voltage detector, a register and a subtractor. The biosensor receives a frequency sweep signal and outputs a detected signal. The power detector receives the detected signal and outputs a voltage signal, wherein the amplitude of the voltage signal is associated with the amplitude of the detected signal. The voltage detector receives the voltage signal to detect the peak or valley value of the voltage signal and outputs a trigger signal. The register receives the frequency signal and the trigger signal, and the register retrieves the resonant frequency of the frequency sweep signal according to the trigger signal, and the register provides a reference frequency signal and a resonant frequency signal to the subtractor, and the subtractor computes a frequency diversity between the reference frequency signal and the resonant frequency signal.
