輸液設備及漏針檢測方法

一種輸液設備,其包含液體驅動模組、檢測模組及控制器。液體驅動模組用以連接輸液供給裝置及管體;液體驅動模組能被控制,以將輸液供給裝置輸液供給裝置提供的輸入液通過管體及與管體相連接的針頭進入生物體內;檢測模組用以檢測生物體插有針頭的周圍的狀態,並對應產生檢測資訊;控制器電性連接液體驅動模組及檢測模組,並且能執行漏針檢測程序,其包含停止步驟、檢測步驟及判斷步驟。若控制器判定針頭的周圍發生漏針狀況,則產生一提示資訊;若判定未發生漏針狀況則能控制液體驅動模組將一預定容量的輸入液注入生物體。 The invention is an infusion equipment. The infusion equipment includes a liquid driving device, a detecting module, and a controller. The infusion equipment is connected to a liquid supply device and a tube. The liquid driving device can be driven to infuse an input fluid to an organism by a needle connected the tube from the liquid supply device. The detecting module is used to detect an area which is around the needle inserting at the organism. The detecting module can also generate a detecting information. The controller is electrically connecting to the liquid driving device and the detecting module. The controller can execute a detecting process of extravasation. The detecting process includes a stopping step, a detecting step, and a judging step. The stopping step: to control the liquid driving device stopping the input fluid from inserting to the organism. The detecting step: to control the detecting module detecting the area, and to send the detecting information to the controller generated by the detecting module. The judging step: to judge there is a extravasation or not by the detecting information. If the controller detects there is the extravasation in the area around the needle inserting at the organism, the controller will generate a hint information. If the controller detects there is not the extravasation in the area around the needle inserting at the organism, the controller will control the liquid driving device to insert a booked volume of input fluid to the organism.
