技術說明

本發明係提供一組化合物。其結構的特性可致使此類化合物係具有抗菌及促進傷口癒合之能力。而此能力在照光之後更加顯著。 1.一組特色結構化合物。(有vinylpyridinium；12碳數側鍊；N-Methylpiperidinium) 2. 革蘭氏陽性、陰性菌都有效。(陽性比陰性更有效) 3. 不照光(暗)有抗菌效果，且可以增生傷口細胞數量，促進傷口復原。 4. 照光可以增強抗菌功能並降低化合物使用之有效用量。 藉此，投予含有有效量之化合物至一患部，係能夠有效地抑制細菌生長並且促進傷口復原。 1. A set (four) of synthesized photosensitivity small molecule compounds; (with vinylpyridinium, n-Dodecane spacer chain, N-Methylpiperidinium structures) 2. The compounds offer antibacterial activity to both Gram positive and Gram negative bacterial. (former is more effective) 3. The compounds offer antibacterial activity with accelerating wound healing. 4. Appropriate irradiation conditions may increase the antibacterial efficacy and reduce the IC50 value.
