技術說明

本發明係提供一種低溫玻璃螢光體及其製法，該玻璃螢光體包括低溫玻璃材料及螢光粉，該低溫玻璃材料係由鈉玻璃系統之二氧化矽(SiO2)、氧化鋁(Al2O3)、氧化鈉(Na2O)組成，或由磷酸鹽玻璃系統之五氧化二磷(P2O5)、氧化錫(SnO)、氧化鋇(BaO)組成；該低溫玻璃螢光體之製法是透過將上述低溫玻璃材料經低溫燒結步驟、水淬成型步驟及研磨步驟形成一玻璃細砂，再將該玻璃細砂與螢光粉經混合預燒步驟、混合研磨步驟後形成一均勻混合之玻璃螢光粉，最後將該玻璃螢光粉藉由熱壓成型步驟，形成符合光學玻璃等級之所需要求以應用於白光LED模組之該低溫玻璃螢光體。 A low temperature glass phosphor and the manufacturing method thereof, the glass phosphor comprises low temperature glass material and fluorescent powder. The low temperature glass material is selected from the group consisting of sodium glass system including SiO2, Al2O3 and Na2O, or phosphate glass system including P2O5, SnO and BaO. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: low-temperature sintering, water-quenched forming and grinding, so as to form a glass sand, mixing the glass sand with the fluorescent powder and presintering and grinding the mixture, so as to form an uniformly mixed glass fluorescent powder, and finally hot pressing the glass fluorescent powder, so as to form the low temperature glass phosphor that meets with the requirement of optical glasses and can be used in a white LED module.
