本發明提供一種無背隙齒輪結構,至少包括:嚙合元件上設有複數嚙合齒槽,複合式齒輪組包括有複合式齒輪、齒輪軸及栓槽,其中複合式齒輪具有至少二齒輪,複數齒輪可嚙合複數嚙合齒槽,固定元件套合齒輪軸,以抵合複數齒輪及彈性元件,本發明利用於栓槽與齒輪的齒形具有螺旋角差可使複數齒輪利用栓槽與齒輪軸做相對軸向位移,並利用彈性元件於齒隙產生時,可以自動使複合式齒輪組上的複數齒輪互相接近,並且讓固定元件及複合式齒輪組可同步運動,藉此達到正、反旋轉時皆無背隙。 The present invention relates generally to a zero backlash transmission, and more particularly to a transmission which can eliminate the backlash automatically when the wear of the gear flank increases. The transmission includes a compound gear shaft with, at least, two gears. At least one of the gear is mounted to the compound gear shaft by spline and the helical angles of the spline and the gear are different. The relative angular displacement between two gears on the compound gear shaft can be adjusted by changing the relative axial displacement and, thus, the backlash between adjacent gear pair can be eliminated. When the wear of the gear flank increases, relative axial displacement between the gears of the compound gear will be adjusted automatically by an axially compressed spring. The transmission means has higher stiffness in both direction of rotation since the power is transmitted through rigid surface contact directly.
