技術說明

不含抗藥基因之食品級微生物載體-宿主系統包含一食品級宿主，以及一轉形至食品級宿主中之不含抗藥基因的食品級 載體。其中，不含抗藥基因之食品級載體可包含一片段，用以產生一Nsr蛋白或NisI蛋白，利用Nsr蛋白分解培養基中之 nisin或NisI蛋白對nisin的免疫排除效應，作為選擇性標誌以進行選擇性培養。 The food grade vector-host systems without antibiotic resistant gene are provided. The food grade vector-host system includes a food grade vector, which absent antibiotic resistant gene, cloned in a food grade host. The food grade vector may comprises a DNA fragment of Pnsr-nsr for expressing an Nsr protein to decompose the nisin, or comprises a DNA fragment of Pnsr-nisI for expressing a NisI protein to block the nisin binding to the cell membrane. Therefore, the two food grade vector-host systems without antibiotic resistant gene were retained in a nisin selection medium.
