一種快速純化木麻黃素之方法

茶葉所製備而成的各項產品,是世界上最廣泛使用的飲料之一。利用液相層析串聯質譜儀分析雲南地區主要生產的茶種普洱茶茶湯與台灣烏龍茶茶湯,發現其中的差異在於普洱茶茶湯中有一個在台灣烏龍茶茶湯中幾乎偵測不到的成分,即為木麻黃素。木麻黃素已被證實具有抑制A型流感病毒、免疫調節等生理活性,但傳統的純化方法效率不佳,不僅步驟繁瑣,產率也不高。本發明開發出利用大孔樹脂與葡聚糖凝膠等逆相層析材料,搭配高效能液相層析儀的監測,快速純化出木麻黃素的方法。透過本純化方法所得到的木麻黃素不僅純度高、產率佳,且經由大鼠排便實驗,證明純化得到的木麻黃素能夠促進腸胃道蠕動且不造成腹瀉,因此其具有開發成為減重天然藥物的潛力。 Tea processed in different products, is one of the most consumed beverages worldwide. Pu-erh tea and oolong tea from Yunnan and Taiwan were analyzed by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry, respectively. The major difference of component between the two teas was strictinin. Strictinin has already been demonstrated to display various bioactivities, including the inhibition of influenza A virus and immune regulation. However, the traditional purification method showed low efficiency. The present invention develops a rapid purification method of strictinin with the aid of macroporous resin as well as dextran gel and monitored by high-performance liquid chromatography. Strictinin purified by this method was afforded with high purity and excellent yield, and it also improved intestinal motility but did not caused diarrhea in the rat defecated assay. It could be concluded that strictinin has the potential to be a natural medicine for reducing weight.
