技術說明

一種低溫製造球狀石墨之製造方法，係先於液態鑄鐵中之碳成分石墨化，再藉由噴霧法霧化含石墨的鑄鐵，以取得含石墨之鑄鐵粉末，並再使用酸洗或是分餾之分離技術將鑄鐵粉末中之鐵成分與石墨分離，以取得球狀石墨；因此，本製造方法將能於低溫製程中生產精煉出球狀石墨，以取代傳統將非晶或微晶石墨，以高溫進行石墨化之製造方法，而本製造方法除了能精煉出球狀石墨之外，更能夠取得例如鐵粉或是氧化鐵粉之大量副產品，將使得整體製程能夠具有更多的經濟價值。 The invention is related to a method for production of nodular-graphite at low temperature. The method includes the following steps: graphitizing the carbon in liquid nodular cast iron, gas-atomizing the liquid cast iron into nodular graphite-containing cast iron powders, and separating the nodular graphite and iron composition from the cast iron powders by the acid-pickling or by the distillation process. The method of the invention can substitute the traditional method in which amorphous or micro-crystallized graphite is graphitized at high temperature. Furthermore, the invention can produce mass by-product iron or iron oxide powders, so the method is economical and cost effective.
