技術說明

本發明提出一種太陽能電池裝置包含一工作電極、一對電極以及兩電極間的電解質；該工作電極包括：一透明基板；一布拉格反射鏡結構及一透明導電層，設置於該透明基板之上，其中該布拉格反射鏡為具有不同折射係數(n)的材料所交替排列所組成，且該布拉格反射鏡可依鍍膜厚度與交替鍍膜層數，可以控制光反射的波長範圍；而該透明導電層則為氟摻雜之氧化錫材料；在透明導電膜層上則是有吸附具有光電轉換效果之光敏劑的多孔性金屬氧化物材料。此結構設計可以將光敏劑不吸收的範圍予以反射，可以降低太陽能電池的元件溫度。 A solar cell structure includes a working electrode, a counter electrode and a electrolyte in the space between working electrode and counter electrode. The working electrode includes a transparent substrate, a Bragg reflector and a transparent conductive layer formed over the Bragg reflector. The Bragg reflector made of two different reflect index materials. The reflect wavelength range of film can be controlled by adjusting the materials thickness and number of layers. The transparent conductive layer is F:SnO2 film. The sensitized-mesoporous metal oxide film prepared on FTO film. Therefore, we can control the properties of Bragg reflector to reflect the light which the sensitizer does not absorb. This will reduce the temperature of solar cell device.
