技術說明

在此專利中，提出一高升壓轉換器，此轉換器主要是結合了電荷幫浦電容及耦合電感所構成。此轉換器之電壓轉換比比現有之結合KY轉換器及傳統升降壓轉換器之高升壓轉換器還高很多。由於此轉換器具有一輸出電感，故輸出電流為非脈衝電流。因此，其輸出電流漣波及輸出電壓漣波可大幅地降低。經由一些數學推導及實驗來驗證所提架構之可行性。此轉換器結構非常簡單，可以應用於切換式電源供應器、綠色能源、照明設備、醫療設備等場場合中。 In this paper, a novel high step-up converter is presented, which combines one charge pump and one coupled inductor with the turns ratio. The corresponding voltage gain is greater than that of the existing step-up converter combining KY and buck-boost converters. Since the proposed converter possesses an output inductor, the output inductor current is non-pulsating. After some mathematical deductions, an experimental set-up with 12V input voltage, 48V output voltage, and 60W output power is used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed converter.
