【中文】 一種氧化錫奈米片的製造方法，係用以製造獲得原子級厚度的氧化錫奈米片。係包含：混合無水氧化錫及丙酮，得一待反應液；及使該待反應液於環境溫度下進行非水解性溶膠─凝膠反應，直到該待反應液的顏色呈血紅色；乾燥該呈血紅色的待反應液，得一黏性泥漿；及將該黏性泥漿回溶於水中，得一氧化錫奈米片水溶液。 【英文】 A method for manufacturing a tin oxide nanosheet is used for manufacturing the atomically thin tin oxide nanosheet. The method includes mixing anhydrous tin chloride and acetone to form a reaction solution. A non-hydrolytic sol-gel reaction is carried out at ambient temperature in the reaction solution until the reaction solution turns blood red. The reaction solution with a color of blood red is then dried to form viscous slurry. The viscous slurry is dissolved in water to form an aqueous solution including the tin oxide nanosheet.
