技術說明

本發明揭示一種兼具高光學效率、均勻混光特質以及符合農作物生長照明波段之技術，係一使用螢光粉擴散片 (Phosphor diffuser，PD) 之農作物生長照明技術。該照明技術係以短波長 LED 或短波長 LED 晶片為激發光源，如藍光 LED 抑或紫外光 LED，以 Phosphor diffuser 為核心元件，Phosphor diffuser係由一多凹槽棋盤格狀塊材與一表面結構擴散片所組成，在多凹槽棋盤格狀塊材上佈滿多個凹槽，每個凹槽可依照使用者所種植之農作物的生長照明波段需求，予以填充不同濃度、厚度、種類之螢光粉，以吸收短波長激發光源之光線來激發出相對應之發光光譜，亦可不予以填充，讓短波長激發光源之光線直接漏出，藉此，調整各個凹槽之螢光粉比例，獲得農作物生長階段所需要的吸收頻譜。此外，本發明所揭示之技術可藉由快速抽換 Phosphor diffuser，達成不同栽種環境與不同生長階段之照明需求，簡易方便，大幅地改善既有技術之成本與電力消耗問題。 The invention discloses a technology of agricultural lighting with the effects of high optical efficiency, high color-mixing quality, and suitable wavelength for crop’s growth by using phosphor diffuser. Short-wavelength LEDs or dice are used as excited light source in this technology. Phosphor diffuser is composed of surface-structure diffuser and a multi-fillister block with a checkerboard distribution. According to the requirement of crop’s growth, each fillister can fill in the phosphor with different concentrations, thicknesses, and varieties to convert the corresponding radiation spectrum. By adjusting the ratio and distribution of phosphors inside the fillisters, the crop can obtain a suitable absorption spectrum in its growth process. Besides, the invention will be helpful to improve the problems of cost and power consumption by rapidly replacing the phosphor diffuser to obtain lighting requirements for different planted environments and growth’s processes.
