本發明為一種離心式檢測平台,其包含一微流體光碟、一傳動裝置控制該微流體光碟轉動且控制其轉動之方式、一偵測裝置用以偵測該微流體光碟上之一反應、以及一運算裝置可接收處理該反應訊號產生一結果。該傳動裝置帶動微流體光碟旋轉產生離心力傳送樣本或試劑,並將樣本分離,或帶動微流體光碟順時鐘及逆時鐘震盪方式交替旋轉使得分離後的樣本定量傾注並與試劑混合,達到快速完成檢測之目的。其中至少一微流道置於該微流體光碟中,其可進一步包含至少一樣品儲存槽、至少一試劑儲存槽、至少一傾注槽以及一混合槽,其包含一偵測區。 The present invention comprises a driving device controlling a microfluidic disc to spin and ways to spin, a detector for detecting a reaction on the microfluidic disc and a calculating device for receiving a signal of the reaction to obtain a result. The driving device generates a centrifugal force to separate a sample into a suspension and a sediment and to deliver the suspension or a reagent, or drives the microfluidic disc to alternatively rotate clockwise and counterclockwise, resulting in generating a force to quantitatively dispense the suspension, or mixing the reagent and the suspension thoroughly. The purpose of the invention is aim to carry out fast and precious tests on the microfluidic disc. At least one microfluidic channel disposed on the microfluidic disc comprises at least one sample chamber, at least one reagent chamber, at least one decanting chamber, and a mixing chamber comprising a detection chamber.
