技術說明

本發明係關於新穎的菜鴨基因之分子標記，該等標記所在基因包括GH（growth hormone）、PRL（prolactin）、DSTN（destrin）、PNRC1（proline-rich nuclear receptor coactivator 1）、type X collagen及 CA2（carbonic anhydrase II），並建立鑑定基因型之方法。此等分子標記與菜鴨的繁殖性能有相當之關連，可用於菜鴨的選育。 The present invention relates to novel molecular markers in the genes of Tsaiya ducks including GH (growth hormone), PRL (prolactin), DSTN (destrin), PNRC1 (proline-rich nuclear receptor coactivator 1), type X collagen and CA2 (carbonic anhydrase II), the genotyping methods were established. Which were found as molecular markers associated with production performance of Tsaiya ducks, and can be used in selection and breeding of Tsaiya ducks.
