本發明提供一種三維負折射結構及其製造方法。三維負折射結構包括至少一金屬殼。至少一金屬殼嵌入在基底中，或設置在基底上。至少一金屬殼的形狀為立體對稱的形狀。A three-dimensional negative refraction structure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The three-dimensional negative refraction structure includes at least one metal shell. The at least one metal shell is embedded in a substrate, or disposed on the substrate. A shape of the at least one metal shell is a three-dimensional symmetrical shape.
