技術說明

本發明係提供一種用於檢測鼻咽癌之免疫聚合酶連鎖反應之方法及其套組，尤其是一種檢測鼻咽癌標記分子之免疫聚合酶連鎖反應之方法及其檢測套組。本發明之方法包括：提供一表面固定有複數個標記分子之一基材；提供一待檢測患者之血清，並置於該基材表面反應；加入一反應溶液進行培養，該反應溶液具有生物素標定之對人體抗體專一性之二級抗體；加入一含有一連接分子以及一生物素標定之標的DNA序列之溶液；進行聚合酶連鎖反應；以及，偵測標的DNA序列片段是否存在。 The present invention is related to an immuno-PCR method for detecting nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and kit thereof, especially related to an immuno-PCR method for detecting markers of early stage NPC and kit thereof. The present invention includes providing a substrate whereon protein markers immobilized; applying a patient's specimen to the substrate; adding a solution which has biotinylated anti-human IgA secondary antibody and incubating the solution; adding a solution with a linker and biotinylated target DNA; proceeding a polymerase chain reaction; and finally, detecting the target DNA fragments via electrophoresis.
