技術說明

鈣鈦礦是目前最熱門的太陽能電池材料，因為鈣鈦礦太陽能電池不僅光電轉換效率高，且使用非常少的材料及非常簡單的製程，因此很有潛力成為產電價格便宜的新世代太陽能電池，為21世紀人類所面臨的能源與環境問題，提供一個可能解決的方法。此外，鈣鈦礦太陽能電池在弱光下(例如室內燈光)也具有不錯的效率，因此可搭載物聯網中的各種感應器，在室內使用，具有無限想像的應用空間。本專利保護一些鈣鈦礦太陽能電池次模組及模組的製造及應用，特別強調在弱光底下也能產電及應用在各種電子產品的鈣鈦礦太陽能電池次模組及模組的製造。 Perovskite solar cellsnot only have high power conversion efficiency but also using very few materials with simple process, therefore can be low cost. It provides an opportunity to solve the energy and environmental problems we face now. In this invention, we find some good methods for fabricating high quality large area perovskite film and therefore high power conversion efficiency perovskite solar sub-modules and modules. The applications of these solar cell in charging the lithium ion battery, electrolysis of water were demonstrated, especially emphasizes on the application under weak lighting such as room lighting. The fabrications as well as the applications of perovskite solar sub-modules and modules are claimed.
