氟硫化物黃光螢光材料、製備方法及其白光發光二極體

本發明揭露一系列新穎組成氟硫化物橘黃光螢光粉,以作為白光LED使用光源用途螢光粉:(A1-x-yCexBy)2Ca1-zSrzF4S2 (A = Y, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu; B = Y, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu; 0<x≦1, 0≦y≦1, 0≦z≦1),該系列螢光粉配方最佳化學組成為:(Y0.99Ce0.01)2CaF4S2,其激發光譜顯示本發明在470 nm波段激發時,可製作出3000K之暖白光且演色性約為85,可提供白光LED藍光螢光粉新選擇。 Several series of novel composition yellow-emitting phosphors with the compositions of (A1-x-yCexBy)2Ca1-zSrzF4S2 (A = Y, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu; B = Sc, Y, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu; 0<x≦1, 0≦y≦1, 0≦z≦1) have been synthesized and investigated as potential, orange-to-yellow-emitting phosphors for white light-emitting diodes (WLEDs). The optimal substitution content of Ce for A has been determined to be 1 mol%. The photoluminescence (PL) emission, excitation (PLE) spectra and device characteristics for the synthesized phosphors have been measured, investigated. Upon excitation using blue light with wavelengths of 250~570 nm, a broad emission band peaking at 500~800 nm occurs. The optimum compositions of the new phosphor have also been determined to be (Y0.99Ce0.01)2CaF4S2 and can be used as the alternative phosphors applied for blue-emmiting diodes for white LEDs .
