光聚合聚癸二酸甘油酯共聚木質素彈性體之製備方法

本發明有關一種光聚合生物相容與分解木質素改質聚癸二酸甘油酯共聚彈性體及其製造方法和應用,係利用光共聚(copolymerization)反應,透過光起始自由基聚合反應之C=C雙鍵,利用帶有C=C雙鍵之甲基丙烯酸甘油酯合成一生物可降解材料之聚癸二酸甘油酯與一水溶性木質素,藉由該木質素令該聚癸二酸甘油酯之生物特性具有光聚合特性及拉伸強度,補強該光聚合聚癸二酸甘油酯的機械性質,當木質素摻入比例增加,機械強度亦增。 The photo polymerizable modified lignin/poly (glycerol sebacate) (PGS) material was prepared in this invention. The different lignins were used to modify poly(glycerol sebacate) (PGS) biodegradable materials The photo cured PGS were prepared by using the modified lignins with unsaturated bonds. The modified PGS-co-lignin prepolymer with unsaturated double bonds was prepared and confirmed by the Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) analysis and the thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA). The mechanical properties of the PGS-co-lignin elastomer were improved by adding the modified lignin The thermal degradation temperatures and the residual amounts of the prepared elastomers increased in the presence of the lignin. The mechanical properties of the photo cured PGS-co-lignin elastomers increased with increasing the amount of lignin.
