本發明係關於一種雕刻刀具尺寸參數之檢測方法及其裝置,其係透過影像擷取器擷取待 測雕刻刀具的正面影像及背面影像,將所擷取的影像傳送至影像處理裝置中,經由影像處理 裝置進行影像的二值化處理,將經二值化的待測雕刻刀具的正面及背面影像的像素疊加,可 獲得一重疊的待測雕刻刀具影像,對於重疊的影像進行端點的座標值量測及運算,即可檢測 出待測雕刻刀具的線寬及斜角等的數據,藉以提供一可快速檢測及提高檢測精度之檢測方法 及裝置者。 In this invention, the measurement method and apparatus for dimensional parameters of engraving cutters has been proposed. The frontward and backward image of a measured engraving cutter can be acquired by an image acquistion module. The obtained image will be transmitted to image processing module and by threshold processing ir can be analyzed. An overlapped image can be gained by superposition of the frontward and backward image of an engraving cutter after the threshold processing. By measuring the end positions of the overlapped image of an engraving cutter quantities of its width and slope angle can be acquired. With the developed system, a fast and hith preccision measurement for dimensional parameters of the engraving cutter can be realized.
