技術說明

對會產生摩擦運動的機構設計有防塵裝置的天車，使之能承接及阻隔機構作動時所產生的粉塵或油污掉入無塵室中，造成無塵環境的粒子污染，此天車即可用於無塵室中，稱之為無塵室天車。目前國內無塵室天車的專利，其防塵裝置的設計概念只能集塵大部分的微粒子，使之大部分不掉入無塵環境中，但無法完全阻隔微粒子因氣體的擾動而部分散逸至無塵環境中，因此，目前的專利設計概念只能達到FED-STD-209E class 1000的規格。本創作的特點為主要在進一步改進此類防塵裝置，使之能達到優於FED-STD-209E class 100以上的規格。其方式為將天車的天車動力組及鍊條的防塵裝置形成一封閉系統，加裝一抽氣管於此封閉系統，利用抽氣系統使此封閉防塵裝置內部處於相對於無塵室室壓的負壓狀態。抽氣系統可將氣體排放於無塵室外之環境，或加裝過濾器於抽氣系統，則氣體可直接排至無塵環境中。此負壓環境的設計概念，可因應機構運動所需，防塵裝置可為非完全密閉，仍可防止防塵裝置內部的微粒子散逸進入無塵環境中。 The clean room cranes in Taiwan patents are designed to gather the particles induced by the mechanical movement with a cover. It is passive design. Most of particles will fall into the cover, but some of them will spread everywhere due to the disturbance of air in the cover. The clean room cranes are designed with this kind of passive way only can achieve the specification of FED-STD-209E class 1000 or worse. We improve this kind of design in advance to achieve the specification of FED-STD-209E class 100 or better. The power unit and chain of a crane are closed by a cover and a pumping system is installed to pump the air inside the cover. When the pumping system is operated, there exists negative pressure inside the cover. The closed cover can be imperfect because the clean air will always flow into the cover and pump out by a pumping system. The pumping system can be installed outside the clean room or it is attached with a filter and installed inside the clean room.
