技術說明

本發明揭示一種析出強化型高熵超合金。不同於習知技術對超合金所採用的強化手段，本發明之技術係透過對習知高熵超合金微結構之γ相與γ′相施予一元素偏析調控，以獲得所謂的析出強化型高熵超合金；其中，所述析出強化型高熵超合金是由至少一種主要合金元素、多種基地相元素、以及至少一種析出強化元素所組成。並且，多組實驗數據係證實，經由此專利方法強化後，所獲得析出強化型高熵超合金的γ′相有序鍵結能，相對於習知的高熵超合金係提高，因此展現出較為優秀的高溫穩定度；同時此析出強化型高熵超合金的γ′相體積百分比亦可高於習知的高熵超合金，有助提高材料之強度。 A newly developed precipitation strengthed high-entropy superalloy is proposed and produced. Differing from the strengthening mechanisms of conventional superalloys, this novel precipitation strengthened high-entropy superalloy is composed of at least one primary elemental, a plurality of base elemental, and at least one precipitation strengthening elemental, and has been further strengthened by the controlling of elemental segregation between γ and γ′ phases. By controlling the elemental segregation between γ and γ′ phases, the ordering energy of precipitation strengthened high-entropy superalloy can be elevated from that of the previous high-entropy superalloys, which leads to an increase on the thermal capability of the alloy. In addition, their volume fraction of γ′ phase can be higher, so the strength of the newly developed precipitation strengthened high-entropy superalloy is apparently improved.
