It consists of a main layer and active particles. The main layer is made of a carbonaceous material, and the active particles are carried on the surface of the main layer. The active particles are selected from a group consists of silver, gold, zinc, copper, magnesium, selenium, platinum, arsenic, cobalt, calcium, and a combination thereof.
