技術說明

本發明係提供一種含鉻污泥無害化之處理方法,主要係製備低濃度或中濃度之酸液及備取含鉻污泥,其後將適量之酸液加入含鉻污泥中,二者充分混合後進行萃取,繼而將混合物予以固液分離,分離出之含鉻廢液可以進行回收,殘留污泥則因已無害故可再利用。且,酸液與含鉻污泥混合步驟前,更可先加熱烘乾含鉻污泥並加以破碎,而於固液分離後進行殘留污泥之TCLP溶出值檢測;若及格,即完成無害化處理,若未及格,則重覆混合萃取與固液分離之步驟直至TCLP溶出值及格為止。此外,固液分離後,更可將殘留污泥予以高溫燒結並加以破碎,再以水洗或弱酸清洗破碎後之污泥固體物,該固體物即成為無害之資源再利用物質。 Acid, low or moderate concentration, and chromium-containing sludge were prepared firstly. Adequate prepared acid was then added into sludge and mixed completely. A sequent process of extraction was carried out for a certain time. After extraction, the mixture was separated by a solid-liquid (S/L) separation procedure. The chromium-containing wastewater from S/L separation could be recovered, and the residual sludge could be reutilized as a raw material because detoxification was achieved. In addition, chromium-containing sludge could be heated and crashed before the step of acid mixing with sludge. The residual sludge after separation could also be examined for TCLP test. Moreover, residual sludge could further be sintered, crashed, and washed by a clean water or weak acid for ensuring the washed material was completely detoxified and could be reutilized.
