技術說明

(1)目前太陽電池製造業者需要可以檢測太陽電池瑕疵之技術, 以便降低人工作業成本, 提高產品的品質 (2)目前太陽電池檢測, 都是針對表面瑕疵進行自動檢測 (3)太陽電池內部的瑕疵會造成太陽電池發電效率降低, 並且可能在使用一斷時間之後便發生斷裂, 縮短產品壽命 (4)太陽電池內部瑕疵無法以人眼發覺，使用一般攝影機進行表面瑕疵檢測之系統也無法檢測出來 (5)本發明提出可以進行太陽電池內部瑕疵自動檢測之系統 (6)實驗結果顯示本發明可以有效檢測太陽電池內部瑕疵之部位 (7)透過本系統的檢測, 可以協助太陽電池製造業者有效改善其產線製程之缺陷, 提高產品生產之良率, 並且對其產品進行分級 (1)Solar cell mancfactures need automatic inspection technology to reduce labor cost and to increase product quality. (2)Currently, most of the automatic inspection technologies only inspect surface defects of solar cells. (3)Solar cells suffer from international defects have problems like low power effency and low life cycle. (4)International defects can not be found by human eyes or CCD camera widely used in automatic inspection system. (5)This invention proposes a system which can inspect international defects of solar cell automatically. (6)The experimental results show that the proposed system can effectively find the internal defects of solar cells. (7)The proposed system can be used in the production line of solar cell mancfactories and increase product quality.
