技術說明

一種具製程、電壓、溫度及漏電流補償之輸出緩衝器包含一製程電壓溫度感測器、一判定器、一輸出緩衝器及一漏電流補償電路，該製程電壓溫度感測器及該判定器用以偵測電晶體所位在的製程、電壓及溫度角落，以使該輸出緩衝器可根據其偵測結果進行補償而提升電壓迴轉率，此外，當該輸出緩衝器發生漏電流而使閘極電壓飄移時，該漏電流補償電路可提供補償電流至該輸出緩衝器，以穩定該輸出緩衝器之閘極電壓，以避免該輸出緩衝器之閘極氧化層過壓。 An output buffer with PVTL compensation includes a PVT sensor, a decider, an output buffer and a leakage compensation circuit. The PVT sensor and the decider is used to detect the PVT corner of the transistors, therefore the output buffer is compensated according to the detecting result to improve the voltage slew rate. In addition, when the leakage happened in the output buffer and cause the gate voltage drift, the leakage compensation circuit provides a compensated current to the output buffer to stabilize the gate voltage of the output buffer to prevent the gate oxide of the output buffer from overvoltage.
