技術說明

揭露一種水果切削機，是利用插柱固定水果後驅動插柱連動水果轉動，且同動的蝸桿驅動削皮刀具上升或下降。當轉動的水果被削皮刀具切下表皮，再配合削皮刀具的上升或下降，改變在水果上切削的高度，就能將水果的表皮完全削下。利用切塊刀具由插柱的上方向下切削，還能將水果的果核與果肉切離。 因此，本案的一態樣是在提供一種水果切削機。是在一底座上設置一導軌，讓一削皮刀具及一切塊刀具設在導軌上。並在底座上設一蝸桿及一插柱，蝸桿與導軌同向延伸。蝸桿與削皮刀具上的齒嚙合，蝸桿還同心連接一傳動輪。一被動輪與插柱同心連接，且傳動輪與被動輪連接。 An apparatus for paring and slicing fruit is disclosed, and the apparatus fixes fruit by a stick and rotates the stick and fruit and drives a paring tool up or down by a worm gear. When the paring tool pares fruit, controlling the paring tool to raise or move down can pare the rind from fruit. Using a cutting tool from upper position of the stick to move down can slice the fruit and separate the kernel and the pulp.
