LED燈具有環保、節能與壽命長的特點,可取代傳統的高壓水銀燈與高壓鈉燈,成為新一代路燈的光源。市售的LED路燈照明驅動電路為兩級式架構,由前級具功因修正功能的升壓型轉換器與後級半橋式LLC諧振轉換器,或是由前級具功因修正功能的交錯式升壓型轉換器與後級半橋式LLC諧振轉換器組成。兩種傳統LED路燈驅動電路的缺點為電路元件數目與成本較多,且因為輸入能量經過兩級功率轉換導致效率不高。 因此,本專利提出新型單級單開關高功因LED路燈驅動電路,由降昇壓轉換器整合返馳式轉換器成為單一級的電路架構,具有降低元件數目、降低電路成本與提高轉換效率等特點。 Light-emitting-diode (LED) has features of environmental protections, energy-savings and long lifetime, and it is suitable for street-lighting applications and going to replace the traditional lighting sources such as high-pressure mercury lamps and high-pressure sodium lamps. The conventional two-stage LED street-lighting drivers are consisted of a boost power-factor-correction (PFC) converter and a half-bridge LLC resonant converter, or an interleaved PFC converter and a half-bridge LLC resonant converter. The disadvantages of these conventional drivers are more components and high cost, and lower efficiency is limited due to two-stage power conversion. Therefore, this patent presents a novel single-switch high-power-factor LED street-lighting driver, which integrates a buck-boost converter with a flyback converter into a single-stage topology for obtaining high efficiency and reducing the components and costs.
