技術說明

本發明係一種幾丁質水溶液及其得到方法，該得到方法包括以下步驟：提供含有幾丁質之預溶解物；加入該預溶解物於含水溶劑中；以及以高壓處理該預溶解物之水溶液，進而得到處理物的水溶液。本發明能以低毒性、低污染、分子量降解程度低、簡易加工程序和低成本之溶劑及方法而得到相當溶解度的幾丁質水溶液。 The present invention is an aqueous solution of chitin and a method for obtaining the same. The method comprises the steps of: providing a pre-dissolved substance including chitin; adding the pre-dissolved substance to a solvent including water; and processing an aqueous solution of the pre-dissolved substance under a high pressure in order to further obtain an aqueous solution of processed substance. An aqueous solution of chitin with considerable solubility is obtained through a solvent and a method with low-toxicity, low pollution, low depolymerization of molecular weight, simple processing procedures and low-cost by the present invention.
