早期階段檢測肝癌及預測肝癌轉移之方法

本發明揭露一種在早期階段檢測肝癌及預測肝癌轉移之方法,其步驟包括:(A)提供待測者之生物樣本;(B) 檢測生物樣本之α-甘露糖苷酶四亞型表現量;(C) 將生物樣本之α-甘露糖苷酶四亞型表現量與正常控制組樣本之α-甘露糖苷酶四亞型表現量作比較;(D) 根據結果判定待測者之風險:其中待測樣本之MAN1C1表現量低於與正常控制組之MAN1C1表現量時,判定待測者具有罹患肝癌之風險;另外,待測樣本之MAN1A1, MAN1A2, MAN1B1表現量高於與正常控制組之表現量時,判定待測者已罹患肝癌且具轉移之風險。未來可將MAN1C1應用於早期檢測肝癌、抑制肝癌細胞轉移,以及篩選肝癌治療藥物等方面。 Disclosed is a method for early diagnosis of liver cancer and prediction of metastasis. The method comprises the steps of : (A) providing a sample obtained from an object; (B) assessing the expression level of four subtype of α-Mannosidase genes in the sample; (C) comparing the expression level of α-Mannosidase genes in the sample with a normal control; and (D) determining whether the object having a risk of suffering liver cancer and metastasis in accordance with the result of step (C); wherein while the MAN1C1 expression level of the sample is lower than that of the normal control, the object is determined to have a risk of suffering liver cancer. In addition, if the expression level of MAN1A1, MAN1A2 and MAN1B1 in the sample is higher than that of normal control, the object is determined to have a risk of metastasis. In the future, MAN1C1 can be applied to early diagnosis of liver cancer and metastasis, suppression of liver metastasis, and screening agents for treating liver cancer.
