無彈片音圈馬達致動器及其磁預壓力的校正方法

提供一種無彈片致動器及其磁預壓力之線性制動方法。無彈片致動器包含一固定部及一移動部。固定部包含一底座、二線圈、二導引桿及一第二磁鐵。底座於兩側各具有一凹型容座; 二線圈分別設置於凹型容座上;二導引桿設置於底座之相對二對角端;第二磁鐵設置於底座上相對應於線圈之位置。移動部包含一滑動座及一第一磁鐵。滑動座移動地套合於底座,且滑動座對角端凹設兩滑槽以相對應導引桿滑動。一第一磁鐵內嵌於滑動座兩側。其中,第一磁鐵與導引桿產生一第一磁預壓力;第二磁鐵與第一磁鐵產生一第二磁預壓力;調整第一磁預壓力及第二磁預壓力而形成一線性致動之總磁預壓力。 A magnetic actuator and linear driving method thereof is provided. The magnetic actuator includes a fixed part and a moveable part. The fixed part includes a base, two coils, two guiding bars and a second magnet unit. The two coils are disposed on two sides of the base respectively. The two guiding bars are disposed on two opposite ends of the base. The second magnet unit is disposed on the top of the base and is corresponded to the coils. The moveable part includes a slide base and a first magnet unit. The slide base has two grooves which are corresponded to the two guiding bars for sliding. The first magnet unit is embedded into the slide base. A first magnetic force is produced between the first magnet unit and the guiding bar; a second magnetic force is produced between the second magnet unit and the first magnet unit. Therefore, the first magnetic force and the second magnetic force is calibrated for producing a linearly-controlled total magnetic force.
