技術說明

本發明係揭露一種基極驅動電流感測放大器及其操作方法，其中基極驅動電流感測放大器包含一差動放大器、一第一驅動器以及一第二驅動器。第一驅動器係耦接差動放大器，其耦接段具有一第一節點；第二驅動器係耦接差動放大器，其耦接段具有一第二節點。當第一驅動器之一第一開關及第二驅動器之一第二開關導通時，差動放大器分別對第一節點及第二節點進行充電。當充電結束後，藉由流過第一驅動器之一第一記憶單元及第二驅動器之一第二記憶單元之電流，使第一節點及第二節點分別穩定至不同的電位，並透過差動放大器產生一電壓。 The present invention discloses a bulk driven current sense amplifier and an operating method thereof. The bulk driven current sense amplifier comprises a differential amplifier, a first driver, and a second driver. The first driver is coupled to the differential amplifier, and the coupling part has a first node; the second drive is coupled to the differential amplifier, and the coupling part has a second node. When a first switch of the first driver and a second switch of the second driver are turned on, the differential amplifier charges the first node and the second node respectively. While the charging finishes, the first node and the second node are respectively set to different potentials by the currents through a first memory unit of the first driver and a second memory unit of the second drive respectively, and generates a voltage by the differential amplifier.
