技術說明

本發明係關於一種新穎人造油體遞送系統，用於包埋難溶性薑黃素(Curcumin)。本發明之人造油體特徵在於，以複合溶劑(由親脂性油酯類、助溶劑及界面活性劑所組成)溶解難溶性薑黃素，並與磷脂質及油體鈣蛋白組成新的人造油體。本發明之人造油體可做為難溶性藥物薑黃素之口服遞送系統，並且可製成粉末及錠劑，有效提升薑黃素之生物可利用性為使本發明之人造油體具有更佳的口服利用性，遂進一步將其固化而製成粉末及錠劑。取甘露糖醇做為賦形劑，來協助前述製備得之人造油體溶液於冷凍乾燥過程中進行固化。結果油體固化成為黃色粉末。取200 mg人造油體粉末使用打錠機，施予500 lb壓力10秒而壓製形成黃色錠劑。 The present invention relates to a novel artificial oil body delivery system for hard soluble drug curcumin. In the present invention, a mixed dissolvent formula (composed of lipophilic fatty acid ester, solubilizer, and surfactant) was used to dissolve curcumin, and the admixture was successfully encapsulated in artificial oil bodies formed with phospholipid and recombinant sesame caleosin. The artificial oil bodies are stably solidified in the forms of powder and tablet. Oral bioavailability of curcumin is effectively elevated.
