基於導電高分子之導電度變化的電阻式膽固醇感測器及其測量方法

一種電阻式膽固醇感測器,包含一基材、一導電高分子層及一膽固醇氧化酶層。本發明之膽固醇感測器在施加一液體樣本後,通過膽固醇及膽固醇氧化酶反應產生過氧化氫。所生成的過氧化氫可以氧化過氧化物酶,過氧化物酶通過氧化導電高分子進行還原,從而導致導電高分子的導電度下降並測定液體樣本的膽固醇濃度。本發明可開發為小型化及拋棄式且具有高靈敏度及快速響應的電子微感測器,其可以檢測典型生理環境中的膽固醇值以達成常規監測。 A resistive cholesterol sensor comprises a substrate, a conductive polymer layer and a cholesterol oxidase (ChOx) layer. Hydrogen peroxide is produced via the reaction between cholesterol and ChOx when a liquid sample is applied to the cholesterol sensor of the present invention. The produced hydrogen peroxide can oxidize peroxidase, which can be reduced by oxidizing the conductive polymer, thus resulting in decreased conductivity of the conductive polymer for determining the cholesterol concentration in the liquid sample. The present invention may be used for developing miniaturized and disposable electronic microsensors with high sensitivity and fast response, which can detect cholesterol level in typical physiological environment for routine monitoring.
