排油煙機及其馬達控制裝置

現今在市面上所賣的排油煙機馬達大多數都是用交流感應馬達為主,如果要控制排風量則必須用手動的方式來作切換,非常的不便。隨著生活品質的逐漸提昇,人們也隨著科技的發展外也開始重視節能、噪音、省空間等許多議題。 本計畫使用發光二極體及光敏電阻作為感測裝置,依光敏電阻本身的特性,當光不受到煙霧影響而光敏電阻感受到較強的光時,其光敏電阻下降;反之受到光濃煙影響而光敏電阻感受到較弱的光時,其光敏電阻上升。利用微電腦將感測到光的強弱程度而改變電阻的大小,藉此煙霧方式來自動調速直流無刷馬達。 Sold in the market today are mostly hoods AC induction motor, motors, if you want to control the exhaust volume, you must manually switch the way to make, very inconvenient.
