【中文】 一種光轉換元件，包含一發光單元、一光電轉換單元，及一導電接合層。該光電轉換單元於接受一逆偏壓時，能將光訊號轉換成電訊號。該導電接合層設置在該發光單元與該光電轉換單元之間。該發光單元為一順偏壓而該光電轉換單元為一逆偏壓時，一外部光照射該光電轉換單元，從而使該發光單元產生一調變光，其中，該調變光的頻率不同於該外部光的頻率。 【英文】 This invention provides a light conversion device, which includes an illuminating unit, a photoelectric conversion unit, and a conductive bonding layer. The photoelectric conversion unit is capable of converting an optical signal into an electrical signal when receiving a reverse bias. The conductive bonding layer is disposed between the illuminating unit and photoelectric conversion. By applying a forward bias to the illuminating unit, and applying a reverse bias to the photoelectric unit while allowing an external light to illuminate the photoelectric unit, the illuminating unit would generate a modulated light which having a light frequency different from that of the external light.
