技術說明

交錯式柔性切換機制換流器係由兩個對稱式昇壓轉換器與一個輔助電感所組成，主要為減少切換損失與導通損以達成高轉換效率之目標。利用電壓箝制技術吸收漏感能量，消除漏感所形成突波電壓問題，並轉而運用於零電壓或零電流切換。此外，與燃料電池端串聯的輔助電感，可以使得輸入端電流為連續波形，但輸出端電流仍可以超過60％之導通週期。本文所發展的兩個昇壓電路，無須加裝任何控制，兩相對稱電路可自動均流，最高轉換效率均超過97％，驗證本文所發展之交錯式轉換器，大幅提昇能源利用率及增加供電穩定度，可運用於大功率反流器之高壓直流匯流排或直接提供負載，本技術亦可發展為各式低壓電源發電系統調節至穩定高壓直流之電源轉換裝置。 In this paten, the novel soft-switching interleaved boost converters composed of two shunted elementary boost conversion units and an auxiliary inductor for alleviating the switching and conduction losses to increase the conversion efficiency. It can raise the voltage ratio in conventional boost converters and solve the leakage inductance problem of transformer by the active clamped circuit with ZCS or ZVS property. Moreover, to reach input current with the continue waveform characteristic, a small auxiliary inductor in series the fuel cell output is utilized and then the duty ratio of output current is still exceed 60% high quality. Two converters can be auto balanced the currents of the interleaved two phases without an additional current-sharing module.
