感測裝置及感測方法

【中文】 一種感測裝置,包含機械手、電極以及摩擦起電感測層。機械手包含至少一機械手指。電極設置於至少一機械手指的表面。摩擦起電感測層設置於電極上,且包含複數微結構,各微結構包含碲,摩擦起電感測層具有第一電子轉移能力,並用以接觸目標物。其中至少部分之那些微結構的碲與目標物中的汞離子進行化學反應而形成碲化汞,使與目標物接觸後之摩擦起電感測層具有第二電子轉移能力,第二電子轉移能力相異於第一電子轉移能力,以改變電極的輸出電壓。藉此,感測裝置可量測目標物中的汞離子濃度。 【英文】 A sensing device includes a robot hand, an electrode and a triboelectric sensing layer. The robot hand includes at least one robot finger. The electrode is disposed on a surface of the at least one robot finger. The triboelectric sensing layer is disposed on the electrode, and has a plurality of micro structures. Each of the micro structures includes tellurium. The triboelectric sensing layer has a first electron transmission ability and is for contacting a target object. Tellurium of at least part of the micro structures undergoes a chemical reaction with mercury ions in the target object and forms mercury telluride such that the triboelectric sensing layer after contacting with the target object has a second electron transmission ability. The second electron transmission ability is different from the first electron transmission ability such that an output voltage of the electrode is changed. Therefore, the sensing device is able to measure mercury ion concentration in the target object.
