技術說明

目前醫療用針頭廣泛的使用潤滑劑減少針頭與皮膚的摩擦力，但醫美或外科手術用針頭在療程中可能需要重覆使用數十次甚至數百次，針頭使用數次後因為潤滑劑乾燥而導致表面摩擦力增加，針頭亦會鈍化，以致後半段療會增加疼痛感療效亦因此受到影響。另一方面，降低一般注射針頭表面的磨擦力，減少注射過程中針頭與肌肉的拉扯，針頭推進和拔出的力量也會比傳統的針頭小，因此在針頭表面鍍上一層極薄金屬玻璃薄膜，其硬度是不銹鋼的2倍也是一保護鍍層，不僅能降低摩擦力也能提高耐用度，藉由低摩擦表面減少針頭與肌肉拉扯減輕病人痛感，亦能延長針頭重覆使用的壽命，有效的提醫療品質。 Currently, the lubricants has been widely used on syringe needle to reduce the friction between the needle and human skin. However, the needles are used tens or hundreds of times in the plastic surgery. After used, the lubricants would be dried out and lead to the increasing of surface friction. In addition, the needle tip would be blunt which would make patient feel painful in the following treatment. On the other hand, the surface friction can be reduced by coating with thin film metallic glass which can reduce the tearing of muscle during injection. The injection and extraction force will decrease, too. Metallic glass coating can also serve as protective coating which performs twice harder than stainless steel and thus enhance the duribility of needle. Metallic glass coating not only can reduce the surface friction of needle but also can enhance the life of needle which can make patient less painful.
