技術說明

無論是微生物、動物、或是植物領域相關的研究者，都經常使用到細胞分離技術。因為在大自然中，無論是微生物、動物、或是植物細胞，皆為混雜存在的形式。若要得到某一特定的細胞，必須將該細胞從數目龐大的各種雜細胞中分離出來，才能進一步進行分析或是各種實驗。 本發明提供一種細胞分離暨培養裝置，包括：一多孔基板；以及一圖形化碳粉層，設置於該多孔基板上，其具有複數個鏤空區；其中，該圖形化碳粉層之厚度為0.04～0.08 mm。經由本發明之特徵，本發明細胞分離暨培養裝置可分離、檢測或培養大小、形狀各異的細胞，且可將細胞分離、檢測及培養的程序大幅簡化、所耗費的時間亦大幅減少。 The present invention provides a cell separation and culture device, comprising: a porous substrate; and a patterned carbon powder layer, disposed on the porous substrate and having a plural hollow area; wherein a thickness of the patterned carbon powder layer is 0.04 ~ 0.08 mm. By the features of the present invention, the cell separation and culture device of the present invention is able to separate, detect or culture cells with various size and shape. The cell separation and culture device of present invention also could simplify the process of cell separation, detection and culture; therefore, we could take very short time to accomplish.
