技術說明

本發明提出非接觸式相位與電壓量測裝置，以量測變壓器/配電線路之供電相別，此一裝置可量測電磁場信號並透過高精準度之石英振盪器維持其取樣信號，當取樣信號由GPS IPPS信號同步後，即透過DSP計算出gain與offset二項參數，藉以維持其取樣信號精準後，便其在無法接收GPS信號的情況之下仍可維持其量測角度誤差小於10度以內。藉由此一裝置以電磁場方式量測待測設備之電壓與供電相別，如此可增加人員使用上之安全。 This invention has proposed a contactless device to identify the phasing and voltage magnitude of distribution conduction / transformer without requiring the GPS to maintain the precise timing tag. The voltage waveform of conductor is retrieved by measuring both the electric field with electromagnetic inductive method and the distance between the conductor and the measuring prob. The voltage control crystal oscillator with embedded gain and offset parameters is used to provide accurate time tag with very small tolerance once it has been initialized with IPPS GPS. Without requiring the contact measurement of conductor voltage and phasing, this invention device can be used to determine the voltage magnitude and the corresponding phase of conductor/transformer for underground power system without causing personnel safety.
