電動車自動充放電控制系統及方法AUTOMATIC CHARGING AND DISCHARGING CONTROL SYSTEM AND METHOD OF THE ELECTRIC VEHICLE

一種電動車自動充放電控制系統及方法,其系統包括一控制器、至少一負載及一電力源,一自動充放電控制裝置、控制器及電力量測器,充放電轉換器再電性連接至少一電動車。首先計算欲充電的電動車數量,讀取每一電動車的殘電量資料、負載資訊、契約容量值、用電時段電價資訊及即時用電量,以進行計算並判斷是否超過契約容量值,若超過則電動車自動充放電控制系統接收電動車及電力源之電力以平均傳輸至負載中,若沒超過則將電力源之電力供電至電動車及負載之中,以將電動車充電。 The present invention discloses an automatic charging and discharging control system(ACDCS) and method of the electric vehicle, wherein the system includes a controller, at least a load and a power source, an automatic charging and discharging control device, controllers and electric power detector, and at least one electric vehicle. First of all, it calculates the number of electric vehicle which need to be charged, and reads the battery state of charge information of every electric vehicle, load information, contract capacity values, real-time price information and electricity consumption, then the above information are applied to calculate and determine whether the total load is over the contract capacity values. If the total load exceeds the contract capacity, the ACDCS receives power from electric vehicles and power source. If the total load doesn’t exceed the contract capacity, the power source supplies power to load and charges electric vehicles.
