技術說明

共軛高分子因同時具有高分子與半導體或導體的特性,且其導電與絕緣特性可經由氧化還原做可逆的改變,因此應用非常廣泛,如抗靜電、 太陽能電池、二極體、光感應器、電容….等。但導電度高之共軛高分子通常不溶於一般有機溶劑或水,使其應用受限,因此找到一個溶解具導電性之共軛高分子的方法很重要。本發明主要是找到一個現有的有機溶劑可以溶解大量的導電共軛高分子,所形成之導電共軛高分子溶液不但具高黏度且非常穩定,因此可非常方便用旋轉塗佈或溶液鍍膜來製作導電高分子膜以應用在太陽能電池、抗腐蝕及石刻等用途,本發明所使用的溶液成膜法跟一般使用電化學或同步聚合成膜之製膜法比較,不但容易製作,產率高且成本低。 Conjugated polymers are the materials with the properties similar to classic organic polymer metal at the same are also conducting. They are being investigated as a promising candidate for low-cost organic electronic devices, such as anti-static, solar cell, diode, photo sensor, capacitor…etc. However, the potential applications of PANI have been limited due to its infusibility, very low solubility in most available solvents in the conducting state. In this invention, we find a good solvent for conducting conjugated polymers for making conducting polymer film. Compare the conducting polymers films made with the electrochemical polymerization and in-situ polymerization/deposition methods, polymer film made from solution has the advantages of easy process, high yield and low cost.
